So I've been wearing these shorts since last summer. Even after a countless number of recent (and not so recent) denim short purchases in (a failed) attempt to replace (my love for) these, nothing quite works. The worn in feel, the length and the wash make it a consistent go-to piece for me. Plus, these shorts and I have had a hell of a time together. There's no way I can part ways with these babys anytime soon. I'd like to see what'll become of them by next summer. I wonder what will have happened by then! Rips and frays? Still game. x

A sneak peak behind Spanish Moss' Summer 2011 editorial and new site launch opening MAY 30th. By the looks of it I gather it's going to be really sweet. Tons of new vintage ensembles... beautiful silk kimonos in lovely colours like rosy pinks, and white fringes everywhere. I don't know how I'm going to be able to control myself considering the sudden existence of pieces I've only dreamt about in my mind. American GOLD debuts shortly after (June 6th). xx

So I FINALLY got my Oyster #92 Issue in the mail TODAY! I'm absolutely dying over all the editorials in this one... although I miss the older days of Oyster... this one definitely has me satisfied and eager to experiment with some of its pictures on my walls. Another good thing about this issue is ANJA Konstantinova, a 5'4 platinum blonde model from Australia. Kind of obsessed with her! x
