What you'll need:
(1) a plain t shirt (I used a haggard fruit of the loom tee of my dads).
Slip it on through the neck as if it was already a skirt and adjust it to where you'd like it to sit.
(2) Tie the sleeves in knots twice
(3) Gather fabric from the left or right, twist it up, make a knot, And Voile! x
